The structure is made of reinforced concrete with the exposed surfaces made of white, sandblasted concrete.
The machine rooms are located in the lower basement and mezzanine floors.
The project is provided with the latest electro-mechanical system. In order to upgrade the standard of the existing building, we were asked for altering, modifying, and decorating the ground floor and mezzanine lobbies including the function rooms.
The scope of supply was inclusive of furniture, curtains, and wall coverings, which was under a separate contract during the course of this project. |
