The covered storage area is 100 000 square metres.
The unique nature of this project is that eleven (11) stores have full-area basements and the ground floors are covered with Kirby steel structures and sheeting.
Additional features included all electro-mechanical systems, asphalt and RCC roads, and loading areas with landscaping. |
