Al-Hani’s Civil Division is its oldest department. Over the last 45 years, it has carried out major civil construction projects for both the private and government sectors. The company is classed as Grade 1 (the highest category) by the Government’s Central Tender Committee.

The civil division has demonstrated expertise across a wide range of project types. This includes residential and commercial complexes, factories, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, airports buildings and runways, showrooms, roads, overhead water tanks, major urban sewerage lines and pumping stations.

The division’s capacity to deliver high quality projects results from a combination of financial and equipment resources on one hand with high quality managerial and technical personnel on the other. These have put Al-Hani at the top of the scale in terms of quality of output and professionalism of service.
